I work with you to optimize your flexibility, joint health and mobility safely, efficiently and effectively.
Poor movement patterns create poor movement programming and can lead to compensations and injury. Functional Range Conditioning focuses on the health and mobilization of your joints for strength, health and longevity.
Science of Stretching® is a mat-based, targeted flexibility training method. We focus on three principles to train the body and nervous system to allow for greater ranges of movement.

During mobility sessions, you will learn the meaning and techniques of the FRC® methodology, including: PAILS, RAILS, lift-offs, hovers, and more.
During Science of Stretching® flexibility sessions, you will learn the principles and usage of breath patterns, passive stretches and time under tension to unlock tight hips, hamstrings, shoulders, back, and more.
Sessions can include full body, upper and lower body, and customized programming.
Private, group and in-person, and online live 30 to 60-minute sessions are available. Hybrid sessions of JOGA, FRC and SoS, can be provided.

I have had hip pain for years which has limited my movements. The mobility work we have done has given me more range of motion and less pain. With the help of the 5 minute morning routine and mobility flow every day, it has helped me to improve all my movements.
