With JOGA training you can take your sports team’s performance to the next level—on and off the court. When each athlete can build, strengthen and recover efficiently and effectively, they perform better as a whole—which benefits the whole team!
All sport requires the athlete to have a foundation of basic movements without limitations or restrictions. Athletes that possess the ability to express full ranges of movement, have good body control and body awareness, are considered optimally performing athletes.

JOGA focuses on developing movement patterns that help athletes find strength and symmetry in their movements. The sequences work on anatomical imbalances and increase power, balance and core strength. The aim is to enhance performance, improve concentration, and reduce recovery time within the context of an athletic environment.
Using a combination of dynamic and static positions, JOGA addresses issues that appear in an athlete’s specific environment:
