Take a test drive! Awaken your movement potential while having fun taking care of yourself. Understand how breathing patterns affect stress levels and freedom of movement. Learn how to self assess movement restrictions and how by using our 5-Minute Daily Mobility routine you can set yourself up for success every day. Learn about stability and mobility and its connection to every movement we make. Learn how to take our practice into daily life for better strength, balance, and movement. |
This three-session program lays the foundation for new clients:
We delve into all areas of programming, beginning with breath. You will learn how compensatory breathing patterns affect us in everything we do. Learn to use the breath as a tool to fight stress and anxiety. Learn to use the breath to create more movement and find new ranges of movement. Breathing and movement, is not always the reason for dysfunctional movement patterns but it’s a great place to start. Plus a whole list of things you never thought could be associated with breathing.
Week 2:
we move on to mobility and find out what it means to have true functional ranges of movement in as little as 5 minutes a day! You will learn assessment and benchmark tools for continuous self-evaluation. This will also include mobility flows that are short on time but long in benefits.
Week 3:
Introduction to JOGA programming. A foundational program to enhance your physical literacy.
Experience and learn how breath, movement, mobility, performance and overall wellness are all tied together.
