JOGA TAKES YOGA TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Transform your game—enhance performance, improve concentration, and decrease recovery time. Originally created for athletes, the JOGA system is a three-dimensional neuromuscular movement system that bridges the gap between the science of yoga breathing and relaxation, and the biomechanics of sport.
Everyone needs a foundation of basic movements without limitations or restrictions. Having good body control and body awareness, means athletes and everyday humans can be high performers in everything they do.

How is JOGA different from yoga?
JOGA is different from yoga as it takes into consideration how athletes move, train and process information. We use bone and muscle cueing rather than Sanskrit, so cueing fits an athletic mindset. The work ranges from stability and mobility work to active recovery sessions.
JOGA gives athletes an edge over their competition and takes movement for the everyday human to a whole new level.
The positions in JOGA involve a combination of dynamic and static movement patterns as opposed to traditional long holds. The movements within the postures are designed to improve athletic stability and strength as well as coordination and breath pattern. The movements are intended to build muscle memory and balance joint stability/mobility with an increased range of motion, which are indispensable to injury prevention. JOGA is the system that truly benefits an athlete in preparation and recovery for their sport.

Joga has helped my recovery, my core strength and conditioning. Most of all however it has helped me tap into my mind and establish the importance of breath work. Being a professional athlete means preparing your body in all facets of training and Joga has helped me do so. — Kienan Lafrance, Running Back CFL, Saskatchewan Roughriders, Grey Cup Champion - Ottawa Redblacks 2016
