You know how to breathe, but you can learn to breathe better. Breathwork is more than just breathing. It’s an understanding that our breath is physical, mechanical, physiological and emotional! With breathwork, you don’t need to be a meditation master to feel the results right from your very first session.
 
I guide a simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone. Whether it’s one-on-one or group settings, for athletes or the everyday human, the focus is optimal breath patterns for specific needs and goals. Breathwork coaching is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, balance your energy, and improve performance.

Optimal breathing can maximize your performance. It can take as little as 60–90 seconds to reset our NS response to stressors created by high threshold training and high stress game like situations. Breathwork is a key component to a good recovery session,  learn how to better your communication skills and decision making abilities.
We can train our breathing systems to perform better!

We think of anxiety and stress as a weakness but it’s a message from the body. Calm anxiety, increase resiliency, or accelerate your goals! No matter your focus, discover how breathwork can help!
 
Overthinking about thinking? The circular pattern of breath works by hooking the brain so we no longer think about thinking. One of the reasons that people struggle with personal development and wellness is they're trying to think their way out of it or think their way into it.

Let the body do its work, keep the mind out of it. This practice is for those who want to manage their reactions and emotions in every day life as well as the critical moments. No music and candles, just the work.
