Working with Jodian over the past 3 years, I have noticed a big-time improvement in the way I felt physically, but also in the way I was able to elevate the mindfulness component to movement. Jodian does a great job in her evaluation of the body, the current strengths and weaknesses and builds a plan to ensure both overall strength, mobility and balance. These three pillars have improved my game on the field and my recovery off of it. Proper cueing, firing patterns and posture all major components that keeps us athletes healthy, and therefore able to perform. I very much look forward to continuing to work with Jodian and use the benefits of JOGA as part of my off-season and in-season routine.

Thank you so much for introducing me to JOGA! I feel better than I have in months! This is going to be a good year!!! And this is a great start!! Lately I have not been able to keep my eyes open past 7 pm! 10:43 and I feel like I could run a half marathon( and I can’t run!!!)😂😂😂

I wish I could do JOGA everyday. I just cannot get over how much better I feel after! Mind body and soul! I need to get set up here and start practicing daily! It pushes me to just do better in all facets.... eat, sleep, water intake!!
First time JOGA with Jodian - LOVED IT! For those of you who don’t know what JOGA is it’s also known as yoga for jocks. “It’s an athletic based style of yoga, which means you get the benefits of a regular yoga class like improving breath control while at the same time activating the right muscles in the right pattern to correct muscular imbalances in the body. It's designed to expose weaknesses in the body – what this means for someone doing Joga is that the muscles that aren’t active enough will be activated and the muscles which are overactive will have a chance to relax. Another great benefit of Joga is that it works within your own range of motion, instead of trying to force it for certain poses. This allows you to do the poses properly and activate the targeted muscles” - so discovered I wasn’t utilizing my lungs to their capacity and I was using muscles I had no idea I even had - thanx @selfignition4u for the great session #JOGA
First JOGA class last night with @selfignition4u. Jodian is a super instructor!! 💫 Not only did she make sure our positions were correct for optimal result, she explained each benefit the movements had. Learned lots and felt super great at the end not to mention today!! I look forward to my next class! Check out her classes!!!
I had the opportunity to try something completely amazing. JOGA is totally badass. It is yoga but geared for athletes. And WOWZA.
